Salon Policies

I am excited to be able to welcome you to Cove Studio! Here are a few salon policies that all my studio to run smoothly!

Late Arrival

Your appointment is reserved just for you, but so is the clients after you.  To ensure that I am able to remain on time, I am unable to take clients that are more than 15 minutes late.  A late arrival may result in the full service not being able to be completed. (i.e., skipping blow drying if not enough time remains) No price adjustments will be given for services not completed.

Cancellations

I understand that things beyond our control happen, they do for me as well.  Please make sure that all appointments are cancelled with 24 hours' notice.  Any appointment that is cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will incur a 50% rebooking fee.  This will be sent via email and needs to be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable.  If you are experiencing trouble with your cut or color, I am happy to set aside time in my schedule to make it right.  Adjustments can be made with in 7 days of original service.  For color, at home color care must be followed for complimentary adjustments.

Feeling Unwell

I take the health of my guests seriously, along with mine and my family's! Because of this I am unable to take guests that arrive sick.  If you are feeling unwell, please reach out and we can get your service rescheduled to another time.

No Shows

If a client no shows for an appointment, a 100% booking fee of missed service, must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
